摘要
贵金属材料加工过程具有流程性生产和离散型加工相结合的特征,根据工艺路线特点和多种参数的实际意义,基于启发式算法和极大极小代数法思想,建立融合多目标评价参数的数学模型,将所有订单任务按优化规则进行排序,在兼顾熔炼炉次计划的前提下得到投产顺序。这一贵金属材料加工的排产调度算法可以在保证全部订单有序、高效完成的同时,规范生产过程,降低熔炼费用,保证交货期。通过试验验证了这一算法的有效性和实用性。
Work process of precious metal materials features a combination of process-based production and discrete processing. According to the characteristics of process route and the practical meaning of diversified parameters, a mathematical model with multi-objective evaluation parameters was established based on heuristic algorithm and minimax algebra method.
