摘要
临床思维是指医生对患者的临床资料进行收集、归纳、分析、总结,最终做出诊治决策的过程。在皮肤科教学中注重培养医学生的临床思维能力,对医学生今后的学习和工作具有积极的意义。该文从掌握基础知识、拓宽知识面、学习收集和分析资料、教学查房、PBL教学法等方面探讨临床思维培养的途径,旨在为今后皮肤科医学生临床思维能力的培养提供借鉴和参考。
Clinical thinking is the process of collecting, summarizing, analyzing and summarizing the clinical data of the patients, and finally making a decision for the diagnosis and treatment.The training of clinical thinking ability in dermatology teaching is significance for medical students. This paper explores the ways to cultivate clinical thinking, such as mastering basic knowledge, widening knowledge, collecting and analyzing data, teaching rounds and PBL teaching methods, so as to provide reference for training of clinical thinking ability of medical students in dermatology teaching.
