摘要
以环氧树脂、改性固化剂、填料和水为主要组分,通过自乳化反应性固化剂制备出复杂多相体系,经过室温固化,形成具有开孔结构的透水模具,研究了影响模具强度、孔径和透水性能的影响,并初步探讨了在陶瓷高压注浆生产线上的应用。
Porous epoxy resin mold with water permeability was prepared by the curing of complex multiphase system at room temperature using epoxy resin, modified curing agent, fillers and water as main materials and by using emulsion template method containing self-emulsifying curing agent. The effects on the strength, pore size and water permeability of the mold were study, and the application on the ceramic slip casting method was further investigated.
