摘要
通过对近些年世界各地液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)船所发生的LNG泄漏事故进行科学、系统的调查分析,总结出导致泄漏事故发生的各种因素;对薄膜型LNG船的结构进行分析,建立以"薄膜型LNG船泄漏"为顶上事件的薄膜型LNG船泄漏事故树。通过对选取的38个基本事件进行系统的分析,根据事故树分析的原理求出该事故树的最小割集,总结出各基本事件对造成LNG船在装卸、运输过程中发生泄漏事故的结构重要度,并通过最小割集分析出各基本事件发挥的作用。通过研究,为LNG船的运行提供安全防护措施,避免事故发生。
Based on the investigation and analysis of LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) leakage accidents occurred on LNG carriers around the world in recent years, this paper summarizes the factors that lead to the leakage accidents. The structure of membrane type LNG carrier is analyzed and an accident tree is established with 'the leakage of membrane type LNG carrier' as the top event. Through systematic analysis of 38 selected events, the minimal cut sets of the accident tree are obtained based on the principle of accident tree analysis. The structural importance of each basic event on the leakage of LNG carrier during loading/uploading and transportation is summarized, and the role of each basic event is analyzed according to the minimal cut sets. This study provides protective measures for the operation safety of LNG carrier in order to avoid accident.
