低咖啡因普洱茶提取物的通便功能实验研究

摘要 目的:通过小肠运动实验和排便实验,评价低咖啡因普洱茶提取物对实验性便秘小鼠的通便作用。方法:通过优化普洱茶提取工艺得到低咖啡因普洱茶提取物;将小肠运动实验和排便实验的各50只小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、普洱茶提取物低(0.5 g/kg)、中(1.0 g/kg)、高(1.5 g/kg)剂量组,各5组,10只/组,连续干预14天后,采用复方地芬诺酯建立小鼠便秘模型,分别测定小肠运动实验中的墨汁推进率,排便实验中的首次排便时间、5 h内排黑便粒数和5h内排黑便重量。结果:与模型对照组比较,普洱茶提取物高剂量组小鼠的墨汁推进率转换值升高(P<0.01);普洱茶提取物低、中、高剂量组小鼠的首次排便时间缩短、5 h内排黑便粒数增多、5 h内排黑便重量加重(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:此低咖啡因普洱茶提取物具有促进小鼠通便的功能,具有一定的开发价值。 Objective To objectively appraise the cathartic effect of low - caffeine Pu - erh tea extract through small intestinal movement tests and defecation tests. Methods The low - caffeine Pu - erh tea extracts were obtained by optimizing the Pu - erh tea's extraction process. 100 mice (the small intestinal movement test and defecation test were fifty- fifty) were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, Pu -erh tea extract groups with low dose (0. 5g/kg) , middle dose (1.0g/kg) and high dose ( I. 5g/kg) respectively, 5 groups each, 10 mice in each group. After treated for 14 days, Mouse constipation models were established by compound diphenoxylate. We measured the ink propelling rates in small intestinal movement tests and the first dejection time, the grain number and total weight of black faeces within 5 hours in defecation tests respectively. Results Compared with the model control group, the small intestine movement tests showed that the ink propelling rate (converted value) of Pu -erh tea extract group with high dose were increased (P 〈0. 01 ) , the defecation tests showed that the first dejection time of Pu - erh tea extract groups with three doses were shorter (P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.05 ), the grain number and total weight of black faeces within 5 hours were increased (P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusions This study suggests that the low - caffeine Pu - erh tea extracts have cathartic effect in mice.
