摘要
随着网络、通讯技术的飞速发展,人们获取信息的方式日趋多元化,用户对图书馆服务的要求也越来越高,其关注的焦点越来越集中在图书馆服务的及时及准确上,于是,精准服务提上了图书馆服务工作的重要日程。通过文献调研及案例分析法,在探讨高校图书馆精准服务的内涵、原则及研究现状的基础上,提出了高校图书馆精准服务的实现策略,即:树立精准服务理念、确定精准服务内容、构建精准服务资源、研究精准服务对象、创新精准服务方式、提升精准服务能力和建立精准服务评价体系。
With the rapid development of network and communication technology,the way of people accessing to information has become increasingly diversified,the demands of users to library services are increasingly higher and higher,which focus on the timeliness and accuracy of library service,thus,Libraries pay more attention to the precision service. Through literature research and case analysis,on the basis of discussing the connotation,principle and research status of accurate service in university library,this paper puts forward the realization strategy of precise service in university library,namely： setting up precise service concept,determining precise service content,constructing precise service resources,researching precise service object,innovating precise service mode,improving precise service ability and establishing precise service evaluation system.
