摘要
为了解决航班空中备降无序的问题,缩短备降时间进而降低运行风险,严格遵照实际飞行运行要求,综合飞行时长、机位属性、备降机场容量等运行限制,将可用机位设为动态调整项,运用整数规划方法,借助Matlab工具构造以备降总时间最短为目标的优化模型。通过对历史运行数据的整理,对2016年3月19日西南地区某日的备降状况进行仿真。结果表明,当备降机场成都、贵阳和西安的使用机位集合为{3:2:2}时,7个航班备降时间平均可缩短12 min,此时优化效果最佳。实际航班数据验证结果较为理想,表明该方案可行有效。
This article is inclined to optimize the alternative programs through proper regulation and coordination so as to reduce the flight operational risks to the minimalist and even to zero by shortening the alternate time and overcome the alternate disorder.And,for this purpose,efforts should be made on the mitigation of the alternate flights in the air for the sake of properly alternate concentration,for the optimized calculation can help to satisfy the actual flight demands and requirements.At the same time,it has also to determine the relative locations of the airports and the airplanes through the restoration of the historical events and accident data.For this purpose,it is necessary well to keep in mind the past events and lessons in accordance with the flying routes and the waypoints in the navigation charts under the management and administration of China civilian aviation bureau,the distance from the takeoff,en-route and the destinated alternative airports.Furthermore,it is also necessary to keep well in mind the fuel volume and distance to be covered and transfer such kinds of data and information into the flight time duration and the fuel necessary maximum limit by way of calculating the economic cruising speed,the fuel in store onboard and the fuel consumption probability according to the types and categories of the actual aircraft.What is more,it is also necessary to take into account the alternative airports available for the parking stands as a dynamic adjustment items.All of the aforementioned items included,the final optimal model can then be built up on the basis of the integrated computer programmed project,whose goal is to work out the flying plan to use the shortest time period of alternate regulation by means of the Matlab tool.And,it is on the basis of the application of all the historical data statistics and scenario reduction,we have made a simulated research results of the alternative situation of China southwest area on March 19,2016.The results of our simulated project demonstrate that,when we chose the airports of Chengdu,Guiyang and Xi'an as the alternative airports,the apron aggregation of the alternative airports has to be in a proportion of {3:2:2},whereas the alternative time periods of Flights of 3U8864,3U8936,3U8968 and 3U8742 can remarkably be shortened through the optimization calculation,though the alternating time periods of flight 3U8232 and 3U8834 may remain unchanged,except that the flight 3U8270 has to be a bit delayed.What is more important,the total alternating time lengths of the seven flights have been shortened by 85 minutes,with the average time length for each flight reduced by 12 minutes,though the optimized effect should be said the greatest.Thus,the actual data we have gained proves that the testing results are encouraging with the effectiveness of the initiative and proposal of ours.
