生物炭对抗生素环境行为的影响研究进展 被引量:10

Advances on the research of the effect of biochar on the environmental behavior of antibiotics

摘要 随着养殖业和医药业的迅猛发展,进入环境中的抗生素日益增多,其导致的环境污染问题引起国内外学者的广泛关注。利用生物炭处理抗生素的技术是近10年来的一个研究热点。生物炭具有原料来源稳定、制备简单、取材广泛、成本低廉、无二次污染等优点,能有效地控制抗生素在生态环境中的迁移和转化行为。简要介绍了生物炭的主要元素组成、比表面积、表面官能团及pH值等基本理化性质,重点阐述了生物炭吸附抗生素的机理及其影响因素,分配作用、表面吸附作用、微孔填充作用、π-π电子供受体作用、氢键作用和静电作用是生物炭吸附抗生素的可能机理,而制备温度、比表面积和孔隙结构、溶液体系pH值、重金属离子、腐殖酸和根系分泌物等是影响吸附的重要因素。还概括介绍了新型功能生物炭在吸附抗生素方面的应用研究,综述了生物炭对抗生素的迁移、转化、归趋等环境行为的影响,并指出了生物炭-抗生素未来可能开展的研究方向。 The paper is to present a research review on the advancements in the effects of biochar on the environmental behavior of antibiotics with the fast development of the breeding industry and pharmaceutical industry with the increase of the antibiotics released into the environment both at home and abroad.In correspondence with the actual need,various treating methods and technologies have been invented and perfected,which has become a hot topic for the latest decade.One of such topics tends to be on how to use the biochar to deal with the problems caused by the antibiotics.As is well known,biochar is a kind of carbon-rich material,which is made from pyrolyzing the biomass under the condition with no oxygen or extremely short of oxygen-provision.The advantages of the raw material of biochar may include:being stable in its sources,easy to be prepared,being extensively available for its material to make ready,and,therefore,low cost and free from the secondary pollution.All of the aforementioned advantages of biochar have made it qualified enough to be taken as a novel adsorbent,good at controlling migration and transformation of antibiotics in the ecological environment.Seeing what is said above,this paper has briefly introduced the essential physicochemical properties of biochar,such as its major elemental composition,its specific surface area,surface functional groups,with proper pH value and its properties changing with the variation of the pyrolyzed temperatures and the corresponding raw materials.Furthermore,the paper has also engaged itself in expounding the mechanism of its adsorption features by its influential adsorption factors,for example,the different functions due to its different forms of raw material at different pyrolyzed temperatures.Actually,there have been existing lots of reports informing that,under the different temperatures,biochar can come about in the specific surface areas,the specific pH value of solution system,heavy metal ions,humic acid and root exudates to affect its influential adsorption functions,like the surface adsorption,pore-filling,π-π electron donor,with its effect being as an acceptor,hydrogenbond interaction,in addition to electrostatic interaction.Thus,it would make us believe that it is necessary to make a comprehensive review over its effects on the environmental behaviors,such as migration,transformation and its being fate of antibiotics.Thus,in final analysis,the paper has made a general and comprehensive illustration of the application of biochar with its new functions and pointed out the likely research orientations of antibiotic-biochar in the future.The above mentioned information and data illustration and analyses can be expected to provide significant references to its functions in dissolving the antibiotic pollution issues.
