摘要
指出了改革开放以后,我国的经济和文化都得到了迅速的发展。在我国实力不断提高、经济水平不断增强的基础之上,我国的生态平衡和林政资源管理就成了发展中的重要问题。林业工程生态建设,是为了保护和改善生态地质环境的具体生态改良性工程,这一项目目标和管理治理目标对于我国发展而言有着极为重要的生态意义。阐述了具体的建设管理办法路径及创新性的建设管理方向,以促进我国生态平衡发展。
After the reform and opening up, China＇s economy and culture have been developing rapidly. On the basis of the continuous improvement of China＇s strength and the increasing economic level, the ecological balance and the management of forest resources in China have become an important issue in the development. The ecological construction of forestry engineering is to protect and improve the ecological geological environment of specific ecological rehabilitation project. The objectives and management objectives of this project are of great ecological significance for China＇s development.
