Chinese tourists uncivilized behavior is not conducive to the sustainable development of tourism in unusual environment, but also affects the image of the Chinese people, and also has the negative impact on destination. As regard to the reasons for the tourist's uncivilized behaviors, most scholars studied from the legal, moral and ethical perspective, and the management. It is not conducive to solve the problem. We seek new ways to probe it from the perspective of tourists' psychology,by through interviews and field observation methods to collect data, and by using grounded theory, and coding layer by layer.Research shows that when the actual experience of tourism in unusual environment did not reach the psychological value of expectation,or feel wrong with the usual life, visitors were easy to produce a sense of relative deprivation, with individual cognition.Part of the tourists showed different patterns of uncivilized behavior; horizontal and vertical,3 equity value expectation sources lead to relative deprivation some tourists' uncivilized behavior. This paper introduces the relative deprivation theory, expounds the origin of uncivilized behavior of tourists deeply, puts forward the countermeasures of psychological counseling, and enriches the research angle and theoretical foundation of uncivilized behavior of tourists.
