摘要
CRTs显示器玻壳中含有大量的铅,故废旧CRTs显示器玻壳被列入《国家危险废物名录》。采用柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠弱酸混合体系研究CRTs锥玻璃中铅的浸出特性,同时探讨了机械活化、浸提温度、浸提时间对CRTs锥玻璃料中铅浸出效果的影响。研究表明:柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠混合弱酸对CRTs锥玻璃中铅的浸出率为43.5%。CRTs锥玻璃经机械活化预处理后,反应活性显著增强,球磨24 h时锥玻璃中铅浸出率比非球磨提高了25%左右。在浸出过程中,随着浸提温度的提高以及浸提时间的延长,铅的浸出效果越好,浸提12h之后铅的浸出率变化趋于平缓。
The CRTs display glass shell contains considerable content of lead,so waste CRTs display glass shell is listed as hazardous waste. The leaching behavior of lead in CRTs cone glass was studied by citric acid-sodium citrate mixed system,and the effect of mechanical activation,extraction temperature and extraction time on the lead leaching in CRTs cone glass was studied. Experimental studies showed that leaching rate of lead in CRTs cone glass by citric acid-sodium citrate was about 43. 5%. After mechanical activation pretreatment,the reaction activity of CRTs cone glass was significantly enhanced,and the lead leaching rate increased by about 25% in the 24 h than non-milled cone glass. In the leaching process,with the increase of the extraction temperature and the extension of the leaching time,the leaching efficiency of lead increased,reaching a stable state after leaching for 12 h.
