齿轮空心坯正挤压工艺参数对同心度的影响规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对行星齿轮空心坯正挤压时零件内孔和外圆的同心度差的问题,应用有限元塑性软件DEFORM-2D对该零件成形过程中的金属流动规律进行数值模拟分析,采用追踪点方法研究了下凸模与凹模之间的径向偏移误差、工作带、锥顶角对下凸模弯曲变形的影响规律。模拟结果表明:控制下凸模与凹模之间的径向偏移误差大小、合理选择工作带长度和锥顶角都有利于减轻下凸模弯曲变形,从而保证零件的同心度。工艺试验结果表明:减小径向偏移误差、选择最佳工作带长度和锥顶角能有效改善零件的同心度。 Based on the problem of the concentricity difference between the inner hole and the outer circle of the parts when the planetary gear hollow billet is being squeezed,numerical simulation analysis of metal flow law in the forming process of the part is carried out by using the finite element plastic software DEFORM-2 D,and the effect of the radial offset error between the lower punch and thedie,the working tape and the cone-apex angle on the bending deformation of the lower punch are analyzed by using the tracing point method. The simulation results show that controlling the radial offset error between the lower punch and the die,reasonably selecting the length of the working tape and the cone-apex angle can reduce the bending deformation of the lower punch and ensure the concentricity of the parts. The process experiments shows that the concentricity of the parts can be improved effectively by reducing the radial offset error,selecting the optimum working tape and the cone-apex angle.
