基于光纤干涉的温度与压力传感实验系统设计与实现 被引量:10

摘要 设计了一种面向本科生教学用的功能型光纤温度和压力传感实验系统,将650nm的半导体激光经分束镜分成两束,然后将两束光分别经透镜耦合到两根光纤中,其中一根光纤绕在压电陶瓷管上,另一根光纤绕在一个温度可控的加热盒中,最后将两根光纤的输出端紧靠在一起,形成双光纤干涉系统.通过测量不同压力和温度变化所引起的干涉环的移动数,建立温度和压力与干涉条纹数之间的对应关系,实现对光纤温度传感和压力传感原理的演示.该系统具有结构简单,成本较低,操作方便等优点,通过学生自行搭建实验系统,能有效提高学生的实验动手能力和对理论知识的掌握水平,适用于高等学校光电信息科学与工程专业及相近专业开展光纤温度传感和光纤压力传感方面的实验教学. A fiber temperature and pressure sensing system for undergraduate teaching is designed,a diode laser with 650 nm is used as light source,and the output is divided into two beams by a beam splitter,which are thencoupled into two fibers by a lens,one of the fiber is wound around a PZT tube,and the other fiber by making theshape of a torus is put in a temperature controlled box,the ends of the two fibers are closely coupled to form adouble fiber interference system. By measuring the movement of the interference ring caused by pressure and temperature changes,the relation between the change of the temperature and pressure and the fringe number is established. The experimental system has advantages of simple structure,low cost and easy operation and so on,the system can be set up by the students themselves,and it can effectively improve students′ experimental ability and mastery of theoretical knowledge,and it is suitable for experimental teaching of optical fiber temperature sensing andoptical fiber pressure sensing in photoelectric information science and engineering specialty and similar specialty inuniversities.
