摘要
通过对中频感应熔炼炉进行改装,采用气体保护方式制备了高锰阻尼合金。结果表明,铸态合金Mn含量达71%,抗拉强度460 MPa,伸长率39%,硬度160 HV,具有一定的阻尼性能(26%)。固溶+时效热处理后,各项指标均有不同程度的提高,达到初步设计要求。
The high manganese damping alloy was prepared by modulating the medium frequency induction melting furnace with protective gas. The results show that the element Mn content of the cast alloy is 71%. Tensile strength, elongation and hardness are 460 MPa, 39% and 160 HV, respectively and with a certain damping performance (26%). Various performance has different degrees of improvement after the solution and aging heat treatment, it meet the preliminary design requirements.
