摘要
通过新型耐磨齿板成分设计、热处理试验、力学性能试验、金相组织观察,研究了新型齿板材质的组织与性能。结果表明,新型耐磨齿板材料的AC1温度为700℃,AC3温度为850℃;耐磨性能较好的淬火热处理温度范围为860~920℃;材料的硬度随着回火温度先升高后降低,250℃回火硬度出现最高值。
The microstmcture and properties of the new tooth plate materials were studied by the composition design, heat treatment test, mechanical properties test and metaUographic structure observation. The results show that the A ct temperature of the new wear-resistant tooth plate is 700 ℃ and the temperature of Ac3 is 850 ℃. The temperature range of quenching heat treatment with better wear resistance is 860 -920℃. The hardness of the material increases with the temperature of the tempering first and then decreases, and the tempering hardness peak is the 250℃.
