航空发动机试验性能分析通用平台架构设计与实现

摘要 针对航空发动机高空台和地面台试验性能数据分析需求,借鉴国外相关试验数据验证与分析软件发展经验,以面向服务的插件框架技术为基础,提出一种航空发动机试验性能分析通用平台设计方案并进行了技术验证。该平台通过对数据服务、组态视图、性能处理和状态监视等功能进行系统集成,可进行实时在线的性能数据分析。经高空台和地面台试运行表明,该平台保持了分析工作的一致性,提高了试验效率,能及时为试验决策提供有效信息。 According to the need of test performance analysis in altitude simulation and ground test facility, referring to the development of test data analysis and validation software abroad, a frame design scheme of common aero-engine test performance analysis platform (CATPAP) based on Service Oriented Plugins Frame technology was presented and verified. This platform is a real-time online test performance data analysis system which integrated data service, configuration modeling, performance analysis and state monitoring. The application shows that CATPAP improves efficiency and consistency of analysis work, and provides better information to decision makers in time.
