摘要
目的评估索维屈光筛查仪与Suresight屈光筛查仪在儿童屈光筛查中的一致性,评价索维屈光筛查仪在筛查工作中的应用价值。方法选择2015-2016年到北京市海淀区妇幼保健院眼科进行眼保健体检的儿童496人,分别使用索维屈光筛查仪与Suresight筛查仪进行屈光筛查,对结果采用Pearson相关分析,差异比较采用配对秩和检验。比较2种筛查方法得到的球镜、柱镜屈光值的屈光分布特征,以百分位数确定95%参考值范围。结果索维和Suresight筛查仪测得的球镜度、等效球镜度、双眼球镜及柱镜差值之间的差异均有统计学意义。2种仪器测量的各种度数都具有统计学相关性。索维筛查仪和Suresight筛查仪的柱镜参考值范围基本一致,球镜参考值范围有差别,索维比Suresight低1.25~1.50 D。结论索维屈光筛查仪可操作性较强,检测更快捷,儿童配合度高,在儿童屈光筛查工作中具有一定的应用价值,可适用于大规模儿童群体的筛查。
Objective To evaluate the agreement of Suowei and Suresight refractometer and the clinical application value of Suowei refractometer in refraction screening in children. Methods A total of 496 children for eye health examination in the Department of Ophthalmology of Beijing Haidian Maternity and Child Care Health Hospital was selected for refraction screening with Suowei and Suresight refractometer respectively. The refraction results of these two methods were compared and analyzed by matching Wilcoxon test and pearson correlation analysis. The difference was compared with paired rank and test. Medians of the spherical and cylinder by two refractometer were contrasted. Ranges of normal values were calculated by percentiles. Results There were significant differences among the spherical dioper, spherical equivalent, anisometropia on sphere and cylinder, which were measured by Suowei and Suresight refractometer. The reference range of Suowei and Suresight screening instrument were basically the same. The reference ranges of Suowei spherical diopter were 1.25-1.50 D lower than Suresight. Conclusion The Suowei refractometer has strong maneuverability, faster detection and high coordination degree in children. It has a certain application value in children＇s refractive screen- ing, and could be applied to screening for large scale children.
