摘要
根据甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)的实际合成工艺,对TDI合成工艺中的甲苯硝化、二硝基甲苯加氢、光气合成和光气化等主反应的反应热进行分析,建立了各主反应多种标准摩尔反应热的计算方法,并进行了理论计算。其计算结果进一步与工业化装置实际运行数据进行对比发现,计算结果与实际运行数据的误差很小,能够为从事TDI或MDI方面工作的技术人员提供可靠的理论依据。
Based on the actual process of toluene diisocyanate(TDI),this paper analyzed the thermal reaction on the main reaction,including toluene nitration,dinitrotoluene with hydrogen,phosgene synthesis and phosgene,etc.in TDI synthesis,established the calculation method of a variety of standard molar reaction heat of the main reaction,and conducted theoretical calculation.The calculation results are further compared with the actual operation data of the industrial device.It is found that the error between the calculation results and the actual operation data is very small,which can provide reliable theoretical basis for technicians engaged in TDI or MDI.
