摘要 目的探讨分析骨龄测定技术在身材矮小儿童群体中应用及其临床参考价值。方法以来我院接受健康体检的身材矮小儿童373例作为研究对象,运用标准化CHN技术方法针对全部入选研究对象实施骨龄测定,针对骨龄测定技术过程中获取的相关结果展开系统分析。结果经由实施标准化骨龄测定,本次研究中入选的373例身材矮小儿童中,有135例儿童为骨龄发育正常,有76例儿童为骨龄发育早熟,有162例为骨龄发育晚熟。从病因学角度展开阐释分析,本次研究中入选的373例身材矮小儿童中,有66例为生长激素缺乏患者,有14例为甲状腺功能减低症患者,有6例为性早熟患者,有2例为黏多糖病患者,有8例为Turner综合征患者,有3例为软骨发育不良患者,有2例为假性甲状旁腺功能低下患者,有43例为体质性青春发育延迟患者,有69例为家族性矮小症患者,有26例为小于胎龄患者,有134例为特发性矮小患者。结论骨龄测定技术在评价儿童生长发育质量,以及诊断确诊儿童内分泌系统疾病方面具备充分的应用参考价值,做好该项技术的研究发展工作,对现代临床医学事业的发展具备重要意义。 Objective To explore the application and value of bone age measurement technique in short-stature children. Methods A total of 373 children with short stature who had undergone health examination in our hospital were studied. Bone age was measured by standardized CHN technique. A systematic analysis of the relevant results obtained in the process of bone age measurement was carried out. Results Among 373 children with short stature in this study, 135 had normal development of bone age, 76 had precocious development of bone age and 162 had late development of bone age. From the perspective of etiology, 66 of 373 children with short stature in this study were born with lack of growth hormone, 14 with hypothyroidism and 6 with precocious puberty. There were 2 cases of mucopolysaccharide disease, 8 cases of Turner syndrome,3 cases of chondroplasia, 2 cases of pseudo low parathyroid function, 43 cases of physical retardation of youth development. There were 69 cases of familial dwarfism, 26 cases of small gestational age and 134 cases of idiopathic dwarfsm. Conclusion The technique of bone age measurement has sufcient reference value in evaluating the quality of children's growth and development, and in diagnosing the endocrine system diseases in children. It is of great signifcance to the development of modern clinical medicine.
