富硒苜蓿草粉对幼兔骨骼肌中营养成分的影响 被引量:3

The effect of high Se alfalfa meal on nutrients of skeletal muscle in growing young rabbits

摘要 为了研究富硒苜蓿草粉对家兔幼兔骨骼肌中营养成分的影响,试验选择60只40日龄断奶新西兰大白幼兔,将其分为5组,分别在日粮中添加5%-20%的富硒紫花苜蓿草粉,研究与常规饲喂方式相比,富硒苜蓿草粉对幼兔骨骼肌中蛋白质、碳水化合物、脂肪及矿物质元素的影响。结果表明:随着富硒牧草添加量的增加,碳水化合物含量(0.81%-0.86%)呈现出"高-低"的趋势,脂肪含量(0.82%-1.26%)呈现出"高-低-高"的趋势,蛋白质含量(22.92%-23.91%)相对稳定,总氨基酸含量呈现出"低-高-低"的趋势。在家兔日粮中添加5%-15%富硒苜蓿草粉能使兔骨骼肌中必需氨基酸(EAA)含量提高8.85%,但对蛋白质、碳水化合物和脂肪含量没有显著影响;添加20%富硒苜蓿草粉对骨骼肌中蛋白质和必需氨基酸含量没有显著影响,但脂肪含量提高了23.53%,碳水化合物含量降低了5.81%。添加5%富硒草粉能使钙、铜和硒的含量分别提高0.45%、23.33%、15.38%,添加15%富硒苜蓿草粉能使锌的含量提高17.03%。说明在大白幼兔日粮中添加不同比例的富硒紫花苜蓿草粉可调节兔肉营养成分,不但可行且效果显著。 The aim of the present study was to explore possibility and necessity of high Se alfalfa meal to regulate nutrients of young rabbit muscle. Sixty New Zealand weaning young rabbits(40 days) were randomly divided into 5 groups. The diets in each groups were supplemented with5%-20% high Se alfalfa meal,respectively. The effects of high Se alfalfa meals on contents of protein,carbohydrate,fat and minerals in the skeletal muscle of young rabbit were identified by comparing with common feeding. The results showed as following: With the increase of the high-Se alfalfa meal supplemented to diets,the content of carbohydrate(0. 81%-0. 86%) showed"high→low"dynamics. The content of fat(0. 82%-1. 26%) showed"high→low→high"dynamics. The content of protein(22. 92%-23. 91%) showed more stable tendency. The content of total amino acid(TAA) showed"low→high→low"tendency. When supplemented with 5%-15% of high Se alfalfa meal,the content of essential amino-acid(EAA) was enhanced by 8. 85% in average,no more apparent effects on the contents of protein,fat and carbohydrate.When supplemented with 20% of high Se alfalfa meal,the content of fat was enhanced by 23. 53% and carbohydrate was decreased by 5. 81%,no more apparent effects on the content of protein and EAA. When supplemented with 5% of high Se alfalfa meal,the contents of Ca,Cu and Fe were enhanced by 0. 45%,23. 33% and 15. 38%,respectively. The content of Zn was enhanced by 17. 03% when supplemented with 15%of high Se alfalfa meal. The results indicated that the diets supplemented with different proportion of selenium enriched alfalfa grass flour could regulate or improve nutritional components of rabbit meat. And the method was feasible and effective.
