摘要
研究C-4炸药爆炸对钢空腹夹层板的影响.采用光滑质点流体动力学和有限元法耦合的方法(SPH-FEM)分析钢空腹夹层板的爆炸动力响应.找出确定当量的炸药爆炸后结构的破坏扩展模式以及爆炸过程中剩余结构的位移和应力分布规律,研究炸药质量和炸点位置对结构的影响.分析结果表明:与破坏扩展模式一致,最大应力位置随着冲击波的传递由夹层板中心往外侧推进,最大应力始终出现于接近破坏处的剪力键上.炸药质量和炸点位置对钢空腹夹层板动力响应影响明显.
The effect of C-4 explosive explosion on steel vierendeel sandwich plate structures is studied.The dynamic response of the structure is analyzed by using a coupled smooth particle hydrodynamic finite element method(SPH-FEM). The failure mode after explosion and the displacement and stress distribution of residual structure during the explosion are analyzed,and the influences of the explosive mass and the location of the explosion point are studied.The results show that the maximum stress position is transferred from the center of the sandwich plate to the outer sides with the propagation of the shock wave,and the maximum stress appears on the shear connector close to the failure.The effects of explosive mass and the location of the explosion point on the dynamic response of the steel vierendeel sandwich plate structure are obvious.
