摘要
目的建立用氨基柱的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定利巴韦林片的含量。方法采用Agilent ZORBAX NH2色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(75∶25,V/V),检测波长为207 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为20μL。结果在选定的色谱条件下,利巴韦林在12.95~103.6μg·mL^(-1)的浓度范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.9%,RSD=1.0%(n=9)。结论本法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,适用于利巴韦林片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method with NH2 column for the determination of the content of Ribavirin tablets.METHODS Agilent ZORBAX NH2( 4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was used with acetonitrile and water( 75 ∶25,V/V) as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 207 nm.The column temperature was set at 30 ℃,and the injection volume was 20 μL. RESULTS A good linearity was shown at the concentration of 12.95-103.6 μg·mL(-1)( r= 0.999 9) of Ribavirin,the average recovery rate was 99.9%with RSD = 1.0 %( n = 9). CONCLUSION This method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable,which is suitable for the quality control of Ribavirin tablets.
