摘要
采用水提醇沉法提取粗多糖,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量,采用柱前衍生HPLC法测定多糖中的单糖组成.结果显示:粗多糖的质量分数为4.34%;青钱柳多糖主要由木糖、甘露糖、鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖和核糖等单糖组成,其在粗多糖中的质量分数分别为3.04%、7.35%、8.46%、13.46%、28.72%、24.26%和6.16%.青钱柳中多糖因青钱柳来源不同而存在单糖组成差异,本研究为青钱柳的质量控制与药理药效研究提供了依据.
To compare the content and composition of polysaccharides and monosaccharide in three different sources of Cyclocarya paliurus, and provide some references for further research of Cyclocarya paliurus, the polysaccharides were extracted by purified water. Phenol-sulfuric method was used for the determination of the content of polysacehrides. The monosacchride composition of polysacchrides in Cyclocarya paliurus was determined by pre-column derivatization HPLC. The content of polysaccharides is 4.34~. The monosaccharidc composition in polysaccharides from leaf of Cyclocarya paliurus is xylose, fructose, rhamnose, arabinose, galactose, glucose and ribose, and their contents in polysaccharides are 3.04%,7.35%,8.46%,13.46%,28.72%,24.26% and 6.16%, respectively. The monosaccharide composition and content of polysaccharides show differences among different sources of Cyclocarya paliurus. The results provide a basis for quality control and pharmacological pharmacodynamic study of Cyclocarya palizlrus.
