摘要
有助于实现汽车轻量化的金属–塑料一体化成型技术越来越受到关注,金属表面前处理是金属–塑料一体化成型技术中的关键环节。在此主要介绍了当前金属–塑料一体化成型中常见的金属前处理方法、以及经过不同处理后的金属表面效果,总结了良好的金属粘接面需具备的性质,综述了基于不同前处理方法的金属–塑料一体化成型技术的研究进展,并对一体化成型技术的发展前景进行了展望。
Metal-plastic integrated technology is becoming more and more important for the realization of automotive light-weight, metal surface pretreatment is the key link in the integrated metal plastic forming technology. In the paper, the common metal pretreatment methods in metal-plastic integrated molding and the effect of metal surface after different treatment were introduced,the properties of good metal bonding surfaces were summarized, the research progress of plastic-metal integrated molding technol-ogy based on different pretreatment methods was reviewed,and the development prospect of integrated molding technology was forecasted.
