摘要 针对大变比设备、电铁供电线路等特殊工况下六角图试验存在的耗时长、效率低等难题,提出了一种对热备用线路空载容性微电流精确测量取代实际用电负荷完成六角图试验的解决方案,研制了一款简单实用的新型微电流采集放大装置。该装置主要由电流采集放大线圈、放大档位切换压板和接口过压保护元件等组成,利用法拉第电磁感应定律,对热备用线路固有的空载容性微电流进行采集放大和精确测量,即可高效完成六角图试验工作。该装置还具备接口过压告警指示和保护双重功能,有效防止电流二次回路开路产生高压危害人身和设备安全。 Aiming at time consuming, inefficient and so on problems in hexagon graph tests under special operating conditions, a solution for accurately measuring the no-load capacitive micro current of hot standby lines was introduced to replace the existing method using actual load current.At the same time,a simple and practical new-type of micro current collecting and amplifying device was successfully developed.This new device consists of the current collecting and amplifying coils,the amplifying gear switching boards,the overvoltage protection elements of interface and so on.Based on Faraday Law of electromagnetic induction,no-load capacitive micro current of hot standby lines was collected,amplified and accurately measured so the hexagon graph tests could be efficiently carried out.Besides, this device also had interface overvohage alarming indications and protection to prevent the open loop of current secondary circuit,which would generate high voltage and endanger personal and equipment safety.
