摘要 GIS设备在运行过程中受各种因素的影响会出现较多异常现象,其中SF_6气体泄漏为出现频率最高的故障。GIS设备漏气易发生在伸缩节、法兰密封面、壳体焊接处等部位。针对设备不同部位出现的漏气现象进行原因分析,并结合案例提出有效防范措施。同时,介绍了一种GIS设备伸缩节补偿量在线监测装置,可有效预防GIS伸缩节漏气故障。 GIS equipment in the operation process may appear some abnormal phenomena as a result of several factors.One of the abnormal phenomena,SF6 gas leakage is the most common fault.GIS equipment leakage occurs easily in some certain positions, such as the expansion joint, flange sealing surface and shell welding parts.The reasons of gas leakage phenomenon are find out in different parts of the device, and measures are proposed to prevent these faults based on typical cases.In this paper, a GIS equipment on-line monitoring device is introduced to monitor the change in expansion coupling,which can effectively prevent the leakage of GIS expansion coupling.
