对比分析复合使用右美托咪定对全身麻醉患者应激反应的影响 被引量:1

Comparative Analysis of the Effect of Dexmedetomidine Combined with Dexmeimidine on Stress Response in Patients with General Anesthesia

摘要 目的对比分析复合使用右美托咪定对全身麻醉患者应激反应的影响。方法选择2016年12月至2017年12月于我院在全身麻醉下行手术治疗的170例患者,按随机分配原则,分为对照组(n=85)与观察组(n=85),给予对照组采用丙泊酚+瑞芬太尼进行麻醉,观察组在对照组基础上,复合使用右美托咪定进行麻醉,比较两组患者在不同时间段的听觉诱发电位指数、心率变化情况,以及复合使用右美托咪定进行麻醉后丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼的使用剂量变化情况。结果用药前两组患者听觉诱发电位指数、心率变化情况比较差异不明显(P>0.05),用药后观察组不同时间段的听觉诱发电位指数、心率变化情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),复合使用右美托咪定进行麻醉后,观察组使用丙泊酚以及瑞芬太尼的剂量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行全身麻醉的患者,复合使用右美托咪定的患者能够降低患者的应激反应,减少丙泊酚和瑞芬太尼的用量,具有重要的临床价值。 Objective To compare the effects of dexmedetomidine on stress response in patients undergoing general anesthesia. Methods A total of 170 patients who underwent general anesthesia in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were divided into control group(n=85) and observation group(n=85) according to the principle of random distribution. The patients in the control group were treated with propofol and remifentanil anaesthesia, and the patients in the observation group were treated with dexmedetomidine. The auditory evoked potential index and heart rate changes of two groups at different time periods were compared, and the dosage changes of propofol and remifentanil after anesthesia combined with dexmedetomidine were compared. Results There was no significant difference in auditory evoked potential index and heart rate between the two groups before treatment(P〈0.05). After treatment, the auditory evoked potential index and heart rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P〈0.05). The dose of propofol and remifentanil in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05) after the combined use of dexmedetomidin. Conclusion For patients undergoing general anesthesia, the combination of dexmedetomidine can reduce the stress response of patients and reduce the dosage of propofol and remifentanil, which has important clinical value.
