摘要
通过全国中医护理骨干培训,我对中医护理的理念有了更深入的认识。中医护理理念强调以人为本,重视治疗过程中人的生存质量。在传统中医基础知识讲解的基础上,突出了思考和实践操作环节,并增强了学员与学员,学员与教师间的讨论互动,使护理人员能真正热爱中医护理。通过此次培训,我院必将为护理人员提供更多的进修学习机会,以培养具有创新精神的护理骨干带动医院的整体发展。在辩证法的基础上,采用科学整体的方法开展护理工作。中医护理理念应当贯穿在护理的整个过程中,引导护理人员积极开展临床护理工作,以期能给患者提供更加全面的护理服务。
Through the national training of TCM nursing staff, I have a deeper understanding of the concept of TCM nursing. Chinese nursing concept emphasizes people-oriented, attaches importance to people＇s quality of life in the treatment process. Based on the explanation of the traditional Chinese medicine basic knowledge, it emphasizes the thinking and practical operation links and enhances the discussion and interaction among trainees, trainees, trainees and teachers so that nurses can really love TCM nursing. Through this training, our hospital is bound to provide nurses more opportunities for further study to nurture the backbone of innovative nursing led the hospital＇s overall development. On the basis of dialectics, adopt a scientific and holistic approach to nursing work. The concept of TCM nursing should run through the entire process of nursing and guide the nursing staff to actively carry out clinical nursing work so as to provide the patients with more comprehensive nursing services.
