摘要
目的用建立的压力罐消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定薯片虾条中铅、镉、含铝食品添加剂(以铝计)的含量。方法样品采用压力罐消解法处理,以45Sc、115In、209Bi作为内标物质,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定薯片虾条中铅、镉、铝的含量。结果在本方法测定条件下,铅、镉在0.1~10μg/L范围内,铝在0.1~2.0μg/ml范围内线性相关,相关系数>0.999 6,方法检出限铅0.001 68 mg/kg、镉0.000 342 mg/kg、铝0.451 mg/kg,标准参考物质测定结果相对标准偏差铅为1.9%、镉为2.5%,铝的不同浓度加标回收率均值范围在104.2%~116.9%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.8%~4.8%。结论应用本方法测定薯片虾条中铅、镉及含铝食品添加剂(以铝计),消化样品简单快速,检测结果准确可靠,方法适用于大批量样品的检测分析。
[Objective]To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of lead,cadmium and aluminum-containing food additives in potato chips and shrimp strips by high pressure closed-vessel digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).[Methods]The samples were analyzed by closed-vessel digestion-ICP/MS for the determination of lead,cadmium and aluminum in potato chips and shrimp strips with45 Sc,115 In and209 Bi as internal standard substance.[Results]Under the conditions of this method,there was the linearity for lead and cadmium in 0.1-10 μg/L and the aluminum of 0.1-2.0 μg/ml,the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999 6,and the detection limits were 0.001 68 mg/kg for lead,0.000 342 mg/kg for cadmium,and0.451 mg/kg for aluminum. The determination results of quality control sample of lead and cadmium was satisfactory,and precision were 1.9% and 2.5% for lead and cadmium,respectively. The recoveries of aluminum at three spiked concentration levels were ranged from 104.2% to 116.9%,with relative standard deviations(RSD) of 0.8%-4.8%.[Conclusion]The method can be used for the analysis of lead,cadmium and aluminum-containing food additives(in aluminum) in potato chips and Shrimp strips. The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and high efficient and,and it is suitable for the detection and analysis of large quantities of samples.
