摘要
本文针对常规220kV变电站占地面积和建筑面积大的问题,研究了220kV全户内变电站优化设计方案。提出"大开间"模块化设计理念,将各级配电装置、二次屏柜等进行模块化设计、组合拼接,同层共室布置,共享运维检修通道,减小建筑面积。采取固定式吊装、耐压试验套管横向布置等措施,有效降低建筑层高。经优化,全站总建筑面积和围墙内占地面积较南方电网标准设计方案分别减少81.4%和38.3%。
Concerned of the large occupied area and building area of 220kV substation, the paper is focused on optimization design of 220kV indoor substation. Merged distribution room is applied, in which switchgear of different voltage levels and secondary panels are modular designed and arranged. Room clear height is declined by the fixed-up lifting method and horizontal arrangement of testing bushing. Compared with standard design, the optimization scheme has the advantages of saving 81.4% building area and 38.3% occupied area.
