摘要
2015年9月至2017年5月,焦作黄河河务局在大玉兰控导工程开展了黄河坝岸险情监控报警报险系统研究工作,旨在实现坝岸险情实时监测及工程现场信息采集。在推广与应用过程中,对供电系统和传感系统进行了改进。该系统提供了黄河坝岸险情的监控、查险、报险一体化解决方案,使当前黄河出险情况、抢险现场、工程运行状况尽在掌握,改变了"巡查靠人眼、决策靠电话"的防汛工作局面,推动了信息化与治黄业务的深度融合。
From September 2015 to May 2017,Yellow River Jiaozuo Bureau had carried out the research on the monitoring,alarming and reporting system of dam risk in the Yellow River on the Dayulan river control works and the aim was to realize real-time monitoring of dam risk and information collection at engineering site. In the process of popularization and application,the power supply system and sensing system had been improved. The system provided an integrated solution for the monitoring,risk inspection and risk reporting of the dangerous situation of the Yellow River dam and banks. It made the current situation of the Yellow River＇s danger,the scene of emergency and the operation of the project as good as possible. It had changed the situation of flood prevention of＂inspection by human eyes and decision by telephone＂and promoted the deep integration of information and the Yellow River harnessing.
