摘要
目的探究坤泰胶囊联合坤宝丸对围绝经期女性心血管病危险因素的影响。方法选取我院围绝经期的女性90例作为研究对象,时间2016年12月至2017年12月,采用随机分组法分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组采用维生素治疗;观察组采用坤泰胶囊联合坤宝丸治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果对比两组患者治疗前后更年期指数与超敏C反应蛋白情况及其并发症发生情况,根据研究结果显示,治疗前,两组更年期指数与超敏C反应蛋白情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组对比,观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),具有可比性。结论采用坤泰胶囊联合坤宝丸治疗围绝经期女性,其治疗效果显著,可有效使其炎症反应降低,还能防止心血管疾病发生,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Kuntai capsule combined with kunbao pill on risk factors of cardiovascular disease in perimenopausal women. Methods Ninety cases of perimenopausal women in our hospital were selected as the research object. The patients were divided into control group and observation group from December 2016 to December 2017, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with vitamin. The observation group was treated with Kuntai capsule and kunbao pill, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results Before and after treatment, the climacteric index and the occurrence of the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein were compared between the two groups. According to the results of the study, there was no significant difference in the menopausal index between the two groups before and after treatment（P〉0.05）. After treatment, the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, comparable. Conclusion The treatment of perimenopausal women with Kuntai capsule combined with kunbao pill has significant therapeutic effect, which can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction and prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases, which is worthy of popularization.
