摘要
当前,我国处于经济结构调整的重要时期,由于受到经济下行压力的影响,导致国内的房地产行业面临着转型升级与利润下降的双重压力。因而,房地产企业要通过加强内部控制,降低生产成本、提升施工质量,促进企业的健康发展。论文先对房地产项目管理的特点、原则以及风险进行探讨,并进一步研究房地产项目管理工作的发展趋势。
At present, China is in an important period of economic restructuring.Due to the impact of the downward pressure on the economy,the domestic real estate industry faces dual pressures of transformation and upgrading and declining profits. Therefore, the real estate enterprises should strengthen internal control, reduce production costs, improve construction quality, and promote the healthy development of enterprises.The paper firstly discusses the characteristics, principles and risks of real estate project management, and further studies the development trend of real estate project management.
