摘要
以三种不同的TiO_2载体负载钒氧物种制得钒基催化剂,用于甲醇氧化制二甲氧基甲烷(DMM),所得催化剂经XRD、UV-vis、H_2-TPR、NH_3-TPD、XPS等分析手段表征.结果表明,TiO_2载体影响催化剂表面酸性质、钒氧物种的分散状态和氧化还原性能.数据显示:以自制的纳米锐钛矿TiO_2为载体所制备的催化剂具有适宜的氧化性和酸性,在反应温度190℃时,甲醇的转化率为67.0%,DMM的选择性高达73.0%.
Three types of vanadia-titania catalysts,JT-V,RT-V and NRT-V,were prepared by incipient impregnation with ammonium metavanadate solution for three different TiO2 supports. The catalytic properties of these catalysts for selective oxidation of methanol to dimethoxymethane( DMM) were researched. The physicochemical properties of these catalysts were characterized by XRD,UV-vis,H2-TPR,NH3-TPD and XPS.The results showed that the surface acidity,dispersity of vanadium species and reducibility of vanadia were affected by the TiO2 supports. For the catalyst of NRT-V obtained by loading vanadium species on home-made anatase TiO2,the methanol conversion and DMM selectivity reached 67. 0% and 73. 0% at reaction temperature of 190 ℃.
