摘要
为提高啤酒糟的饲喂价值和减少其对环境的污染,本试验以低聚木糖产量为指标,采用单因素试验法对预处理方法和预处理工艺进行优化,并采用正交试验法对低聚木糖产量影响较大的因素进行优化。结果表明:适宜的预处理条件为碳酸钠添加量0.7%,双氧水添加量0.1%,固液比1∶5,预处理温度115℃,预处理时间30 min。在此条件下,低聚木糖产量为19.4693 mg/g。试验结果表明,预处理可以增加纤维素酶和木聚糖酶对纤维素及半纤维素的可及性,提高啤酒糟中低聚木糖的产量,从而实现啤酒糟的高值化利用。
In order to improve the feeding value and reduce the environmental pollution of brewer's grains.Effects of xylooligosaccharides production on the pretreatment methods and pretreatment process were studied by using single factor experiments.The yield of xylooligosaccharides as index and the significant factors of xylooligosaccharides production were optimized by using orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimizal pretreatment conditions were sodium carbonate content 0.7%,hydrogen peroxide content 0.1%,the ratio of substrat to water 1∶5,pretreatment temperature 115 ℃,pretreatment time 30 min.Under these conditions,the yield of xylooligosaccharide was 19.4693 mg/g.The results indicated that the pretreatment could improve the accessibility of cellulase and xylanase to cellulose and hemicellulose,the yield of xylooligosaccharide was increased,and realized the high-value utilization of brewer's grains.
