德国KTQ质量认证体系规范新生儿科母乳喂养管理效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨德国KTQ质量认证体系在规范新生儿科母乳喂养管理中的应用效果。方法:2015年11月,通过德国KTQ医疗质量认证评审,采用KTQ质量认证体系标准的PDCA管理方法对新生儿科母乳喂养进行规范化管理。结果:随着母乳喂养规范化管理持续改进,病区母乳喂养管理评价得分及护理人员对母乳喂养管理的满意度逐步提高。结论:应用德国KTQ质量认证体系,能规范新生儿科母乳喂养管理,有效提高母乳喂养的管理质量。
