记忆合金接头航空导管随机振动实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对记忆合金接头航空导管随机振动问题,建立了随机振动响应分析数学模型,并推导出了随机振动均方根响应表达式.对航空导管进行有限元建模,在此基础上就记忆合金接头航空导管进行了模态和随机振动分析,得到了记忆合金接头航空导管前6阶振动频率、振型以及不同振动水平情况下航空导管应力和变形情况,提取记忆合金接头处等效应力功率谱响应.通过随机振动实验和经典冲击实验进行验证,结果表明,有限元模拟结果与实验结果吻合,同时也通过了经典冲击实验的考核,更加说明了工艺质量的可靠性.目前该记忆合金接头航空导管已应用于我国某机型中. In this article,a random vibration response analysis mathematical model is established for the random vibration problem of the memory alloy joint,and the expression of the mean square response of the random vibration was deduced.The finite element modeling of the aviation conduit is carried out.The equivalent stress and deformation of the aviation conduit under the condition of the first six-order vibration frequency,the vibration mode and the different vibration level are obtained,and the equivalent stress power spectrum response of the memory alloy joint is obtained by the modal and random vibration analysis of the aviation conduit.Finally verified by random vibration test and classical shock test.The results show that the finite element simulation results are in agreement with the experimental results.The reliability of the process is also demonstrated by the evaluation of the classical shock test.At present,the memory alloy connector aviation conduit has been applied to a model in China.
