摘要
以南水北调密云水库调蓄工程为依托,采用分段水压试验,验证了利用管道蝶阀作为两侧封堵、排气阀作为充水位置的水压试验是可行的,既可以节省封堵板焊接的时间及费用,又可以检验蝶阀的密封性,满足设计及规范要求。另外提出了运用英国豪迈水管理的Permalog渗漏预警及探测系统对静水压试验进行监测,检测噪声的来源记录声音数据,通过对系统收集的数据进行分析,帮助找到渗漏区域并及时进行修复。
Storage works in Miyun Reservoir has been employed for the operation of South-to-North Water Diversion project and was used to conduct a hydrostatic test. The result of the test demonstrated that it is feasible of using butterfly valve for pipeline plugging and air evacuation valve as water filling position. The measure can satisfy the requirement of design and standards as it not only save time and cost of seal plate welding but can also test leakproofness of the butterfly. In addition, HWM's Permalog system was adopted to locate leaks and monitor hydrostatic test, and detect source of noise and record data of sound. Based on analysis of collected data, leakage can be found and given timely repair.
