Structure,Glass-forming Ability and Crystallization Performance of BaO-TiO_2-SiO_2 System

摘要 BaO-TiO_2-SiO_2系统玻璃具有高折射率和好红外透过性等优异性能特点。在选定组成范围内,采用传统熔融法制备玻璃,通过平板淬冷法进行成形。采用XRD,DSC,RAMAN光谱和SEM,探讨了BaO-TiO_2-SiO_2系统的玻璃形成能力、析晶性能及玻璃结构变化规律。研究结果表明:随着SiO_2从5mol%~20mol%逐渐增加,成玻能力逐渐增强,SiO_2≥20mol%开始得到完全非晶态玻璃。等SiO_2含量下,随TiO_2含量的增加,玻璃转变温度逐渐升高。SiO_2含量等于15mol%时,随着TiO_2含量的增加,[TiO_6]先增加后减少,TiO_2含量为45mol%时,[TiO_6]的Ti-O振动峰出现,60mol%时,[TiO_6]的Ti-O振动峰消失,[TiO_4]在TiO_2的含量为40mol%~50mol%时存在,Ba^(2+)对Si-O骨架具有破坏作用。 BaO-TiO2-Si02 system glass has high refractive index, good infrared permeability and other excellent performance. In the selected composition range, we used traditional melting method to prepare glass and employed the splat-quenching method to form. The glass-forming ability, crystallization performance and structure change of BaO-TiO2-Si02 system were investigated by XRD, DSC, RAMAN and SEM. The results show that with the increase of Si02 from 5mol% to 20mol% , the glass-forming capacity is gradually increased. When Si02^20mol% , we starts to obtain complete amorphous glass. If Si02 content is constant, with the increase of TiO2, the glass transition temperature gradually increased.When the content of Si02 is 15 mol% , the content of [ TiO6 ] increases and then decreases with the increase of TiO2. If the content of TiO2 is 45mol%, Ti-O vibration peak of [ TiO6 ] appears. When the content of TiO2 is 60mol% , Ti-O vibration peak of [ TiO6 ] disappears. If the content of TiO2 is 40mol% - 50mol% , [TiO4] exists. Ba2+ has a destructive effect on Si-O skeleton.
