摘要
目的观察急性一氧化碳中毒(ACOP)患者不同时间接受高压氧(HBO)治疗的神经认知功能差异。方法本研究选择我院急诊科2016年9月至2017年10月收治的ACOP患者61例,按接受HBO治疗时间不同分为试验组(中毒后不超过1.5 h接受HBO治疗)与对照组(1.5～6 h以内接受HBO治疗)。治疗后,对患者进行神经心理学测试,比较两组患者中毒后的远期认知功能。结果治疗后,试验组患者Rf%评分高于对照组,Rf、Rpe和L-L评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中毒更早期接受HBO治疗,对于ACOP患者的认知功能具有更明显的改善作用,越早接受HBO治疗,效果越好。
Objective To observe the differences of cognitive function in patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning （ACOP） treated with hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） at different times after poisoning. Methods The 61 cases of patients with A- COP in emergency department of our hospital from September 2016 to October 2017 were selected. According to the time of receiving hyperbaric oxygen treatment, all the patients were divided into experimental group （accepted HBO treatment within 1.5 h） and control group （accepted HBO treatment in 1.5 to 6 h after poisoning）. After treatment, all the patients were treated with the neural psychology test, the long-term cognitive function in patients after poisoning were compared. Results＇ After treatment, the score of Rf% in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group, and the scores of L-L, Rf and Rpe were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion HBO treatment in the early stage of poisoning in patients with ACOP has a more significant improvement effect in cognitive function. For ACOP patients, the earlier the HBO treatment accepted, the better the effect is.
