梅山铁矿入磨矿石力学性能研究与最佳球径探讨 被引量:16

摘要 针对梅山铁矿磨矿产品过粉碎现象严重的问题,对入磨矿石的抗压强度进行测定,矿石的抗压强度并不是随着粒度的减小而减小,而是平均粒径降至13 mm左右时矿粒抗压强度最大。研究表明,钢球直径大小直接影响着磨矿产品中新生<74μm和γ<10μm的含量多少,运用段氏球径半理论公式计算一段球磨钢球的最佳直径宜采用100。工业试验表明,一段磨机钢球球径优化后,磨矿产品粒度特性明显改善,<200目产率提高4.67%,合格粒级产率提高7.05%,产品粒度均匀性更好。 According to serious crushing phenomenon of Meishan iron ore grinding products,the compressive strength of grinding ores is determined. The compressive strength of ore does not decrease with the decrease of particle size,but when the particle size drops to about 13 mm of the average particle size,the compressive strength of ore is the largest. The results show that the diameter of steel ball directly affects the content of newborn 〈74 μm and γ 〈10 μm in grinding products,the optimal ball diameter calculation of one stage ball milling with Duan's semi-theory formula should be used with 100 mm. Industrial tests show that the size of the grinding product is improved obviously,the output of 〈200 mesh increased by 4. 67%,the yield of qualified grain size is improved by 7. 05%,and the particle size uniformity is better.
