摘要
以LED产业为例,从德温特数据库收集我国26家LED上市公司的相关专利,通过对专利合作网络、技术关联网络和技术相似性三方面探讨这些企业的合作关系、技术关联和竞合潜力。研究发现:LED行业专利集中度较高,但是上市公司间缺乏技术合作;专利主要集中在产业链中后端,前端核心技术有待加强;技术关联网络规模不断壮大,并呈现多极化发展趋势;通过技术相似分析形成的四大竞争圈各具优势,未来合作共赢的潜力巨大。
In the case of LED industry, related patents of 26 LED listed companies in China are collected from the Derent database. This paper explores their partnerships, technology association and competing potential through the patent coopera- tion network, technical network and technology similarity analysis. The results find that, the degree of concentration of LED industry patents is high, but the listed companies are short of technical cooperation ; patents mainly concentrate at the rear end of the industrial chain, the front - end core technology needs to be strengthened ; the scale of the network technology is growing, and it presents the development trend of multi polarization technology; each of the four competitive areas through similarity analysis has its own advantages, and the potential for win -win cooperation is enormous in the future.
