摘要
在建筑工程桩基施工中,大直径混凝土灌注桩采用机械旋挖施工工艺具有施工简单、安全可靠、地层适应性强、造价低等特点。但当桩底持力层为含水砾砂层时,施工过程中往往出现桩底涌砂、塌孔,扩底开挖困难,难以彻底清底,桩底沉渣较厚等缺陷。对于端承型桩严重影响其单桩竖向抗压承载力的正常发挥。采用桩底后注浆技术对桩底沉渣及持力层进行固化处理,可改善桩端沉渣和持力层物理力学性能,提高单桩竖向抗压承载力。
Absrtact:In the construction of pile foundation,The construction technology of large diameter concrete cast-in-place pile with mechanical rotary excavation has the characteristics of simple construction,safe and reliable,strong stratum adaptability and low cost. But when the pile bottom holding force layer is the gravel sand layer, the pile bottom gush sand, the collapse hole, the difficulty of enlarging the bottom excavation,it is difficult to thoroughly clear the bottom,the pile bottom sediment thicker and so on.For the endbearing type pile,the vertical compressive bearing capacity of single pile is seriously affected.The physical and mechanical properties of the sediment and the bearing layer can be improved by the solidification treatment of the bottom sediment and the bearing layer by using the post grouting technique,Improve the single pile vertical carrying capacity.
