摘要
本文提出利用电阻压接焊封闭箍筋技术,以改善传统复合箍筋可能引起的施工难度大、混凝土成型质量差等问题。分析了电阻压接焊技术的工艺流程和工艺特点,并详细介绍了焊接封闭箍筋技术的技术、经济优势和工艺流程。工程应用结果表明采用电阻压接焊封闭箍筋技术可节约钢材,降低工人劳动强度,提高施工观感质量和施工质量,社会效益和经济效益明显。
Resistance pressure welding closed stirrups technology is proposed in this paper,to improve the problems of the difficulty in construction and poor quality of concrete forming caused by traditional composite stirrups. Technological process and features ofresistance pressure welding are analyzed.And the technical and economic advantages of Welded closed stirrupsare introduced.Engineering applicationsshow that resistance pressure welding closed stirrup technology can save steel, reduce the labor intensity,improvethe quality of construction.The social andeconomic benefit of resistance pressure welding closed stirrups technology are obvious.
