摘要
根据当前国际国内新形势,加强和创新社会治理已经成为推进我国治理体系和治理能力现代化的一项重要战略。本文探讨了社会治理的基本含义以及当前存在的突出问题,重点从党的十九大报告的新要求,探讨加强和创新社会治理的新思路与新举措。
Under the new international and domestic context at present, the strengthening and innovation of China＇ s social governance has grown to an important branch-strategy for the modernization of state governance. This paper discusses the social governance＇ s basic implications and outstanding issues surging from China＇ s practices, concentrating on applying the new approaches to social governance.
