摘要
目的观察中医特色疗法治疗急性胃肠炎的临床疗效并探讨其机制。方法将200例急性胃肠炎患者按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各100例,对照组给予基础治疗和常规护理,观察组在对照组基础治疗和常规护理的基础上加用天灸散外敷、耳穴压豆和针刺等中医特色疗法。比较两组疗效、症状消失时间、疼痛(VAS)评分和情志模拟评分。结果给予中医特色疗法治疗后,观察组疗效明显高于对照组,症状消失时间、VAS评分和情志模拟评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医特色疗法可以提高急性胃肠炎患者的疗效,改善症状。
Objective： To explore clinical application value of characteristic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on acute gastroenteritis. Methods： 200 patients with acute gastroenteritis were randomly divided into the control group （n = 100 ） and the treatment group （n = 100）. The routine treatment and nursing care was used in the control group and characteristic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine was applied in the treatment group group on the basis of routine treatment and nursing care. The overall efficacy,symptom relief time,Visual Ana- logue Score （VAS） and emotion simulation score were compared between the two groups. Results： Compared with the control group ,the efficacy was significantly higher in the treatment group （P〈 0.05）,and symptom relief time, the score of VAS and the score of emotion simulation were lower,and there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The characteristic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the curative effect, and im- prove symptoms of patients with acute gastroenteritis.
