不同型号Gleeble热模拟试验机比对试验

Comparison Tests of Gleeble Thermal Simulation Testing Machine with Different Models

摘要 采用集团有限公司技术研究院Gleeble2000D型热模拟试验机和中国钢研科技集团有限公司Gleeble1500型和Gleeble3800型热模拟试验机进行了动态再结晶、静念再结晶和相变比对试验。结果表明,采用Gleeble2000D型热模拟试验机测得的静念再结晶曲线存在波动和形态异常现象,但其与Gleeble1500型和Gleeble3800型热模拟试验机测得的动态再结晶和静态再结晶试验规律一致;无论动态相变还是静念相变,采川Gleeble3800型热模拟试验机测得的相变温度均高于Gleeble2000D型热模拟试验机。 The comparison tests of the dynamic recrystallization, static recrystallization and phase transition were carried out by using the Gleeble 2000D thermal simulation testing machine from Research Institute of Technology of Shougang Group Co. Ltd and the Gleeble 1500 and 3800 thermal simulation testing machines from China Iron & Steel Research Institute Group. The results showed that the static recrycstallization curves obtained by Gleeble 2000D exhibited fluctuating and abnormal phenomena, while the experimental rules of the dynamic recrystallization and the static recrystallization measured by Gleeble 2000D were consistent with that by Gleeble 1500 and Gleeble 3800. No matter the dynamic phase transition or the static phase transition, the phase-transition temperature measured by the Gleeble 3800 was higher than that of the Gleeble 2000D.
