摘要
为预防港口储罐及管道等设施设备因腐蚀引发的事故,开发港口腐蚀在线监测系统,将数据的采集、处理、分析、预测及反馈命令一体化,可在不影响港口储运系统正常运行的情况下,对设施设备的腐蚀状态进行全面实时监测,实现腐蚀预测和腐蚀状况评估,从而有效减少腐蚀损失,提高防腐管理水平,促进港口安全生产。
In order to prevent the accidents caused by the corrosion of the storage tanks and pipelines and other facilities in the port, a port corrosion on-line monitoring system is developed to achieve the integration of collection, processing, analysis, prediction of data and feedback command. Under the circumstances of no effect on the normal operation of port storage and transportation system, the corrosion status of facilities is real-time monitored comprehensively, and corrosion prediction and corrosion evaluation can be realized, which can reduce corrosion loss, enhance anti-corrosion management level, and improve the production safety of port.
