摘要
目的了解2014~2016年河南省水产品中副溶血性弧菌的污染情况。方法在河南省7个地市的超市、农贸市场、餐饮和批发市场等流通环节,三个季度采集5类水产品913份,按照国家食品污染和有害因素风险监测工作手册和GB 4789.7-2013《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验副溶血性弧菌检验》进行采样和检验。结果 913份水产品中副溶血性弧菌的检出率为29.03%,不同年份、不同种类样品间副溶血性弧菌的检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第三季度检出率为36.03%,明显高于第二季度和第四季度(P<0.01)。批发市场中副溶血性弧菌的检出率高达49.07%,不同流通环节检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论河南省水产品中副溶血性弧菌污染较严重。
Objective To understand the contamination of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products in Henan province from 2014 to 2016. Methods A total of 913 samples of 5 types of marine products were collected quarterly from supermarkets, farmers' markets,catering and wholesale markets in 7 cities of Henan province. The test was conducted according to the national risk monitoring manual for food contamination and harmful elements and GB 4789.7-2013 National Standard Microbiological Examination of V. parahaemolyticus test. Results The detection rate of V. parahaemolyticus in 913 samples was 29.03%. There was no statistically significance in different years and type of samples ( P 〉0.0 5 ). The detection rate in the third quarter was 36.03%, which was significantly higher than that in the second and fourth quarter ( P 〈0.01). Compared with other circulation process, the wholesale market contamination of V. parahaernolyticus reached 49.07%, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion The contamination of V. parahaemolyticus in aquatic products is serious in Henan province.
