摘要
本研究考察在内蒙古地区文化多样性背景下大学生创新能力的水平与特点。采用自编民族地区大学生创新能力问卷,测量内蒙古地区7所高校大学生创新能力的现状与特点。结果显示:内蒙古地区大学生创新整体能力居于中等水平,创新基础能力与创新操作能力居于中等水平。不同类型高校大学生创新能力具有统计学上的显著差异,一类高校大学生在创新总能力、创新基础能力、创新操作能力上明显高于二类和三类高校大学生的创新能力;二类和三类高校大学生间的创新能力没有明显差异。不同民族大学生创新能力具有统计学上的显著差异,在总体创新能力水平上,蒙古族学生明显高于汉族学生,在创新基础能力和创新操作能力上,蒙古族学生明显高于汉族学生。研究表明,为加强民族地区创新能力教育,在教学中要重视对各民族大学生进行文化互动教育。
This study examines the level and characteristics of college students' innovation ability in the context of cultural diversity in Inner Mongolia. The innovation ability questionnaire of students in ethnic areas was used to investigate the present situation and characteristics of students' innovation ability in ethnic areas represented by seven universities in Inner Mongolia. The results show that 1) the overall innovation ability of college students in Inner Mongolia is at a moderate level,and their innovation basic ability and innovation operational ability are also at a moderate level; 2) statistically,there are significant differences in innovation ability of students at different types of universities,that is,the overall innovation ability,the innovation basic ability and innovation operational ability of students at the first class universities are significantly higher than students at the second and the third class universities,while there is no significant difference between students from the second and the third class universities; and 3) statistically,there are significant differences in innovation ability of students of different ethnic groups,Mongolian students have significantly higher level of the overall innovation ability, the innovation basic ability and innovation operational ability than Han students. The research shows that,in order to strengthen the innovation ability education in ethnic areas,the importance should be attached to the education of cultural interaction for students of different ethnic groups in teaching.
